After two months of blogging, I have come across many wonderful food blogs. A good number of them have become some of my favorite blogs to visit. All of them are full of beautiful scrumptious photos and great stories. And best of all, these bloggers blog frequently! I know that there will always be something new whenever I visit their site (at least once a week, usually more).
Joy the Baker: I love her quirky style of writing. And she always has delicious looking photos of her work. Reading her blog is a “joy” lol. She is the type of person I’d like to have as a neighbor…always having the smell of yummy goodness coming from her kitchen.
Maangchi: She is my go-to lady for Korean recipes! I often drastically tweak her recipes to suit my own palate, but she has many wonderful recipes that are quick and easy. If you are new to Korean cooking, she breaks things down and simplifies recipes. She guides you through the steps and you will be making delicious Korean food in no time! She posts excellent videos.
Eat the Love: Irvin is a multi-talented writer, photographer, designer, baker, and cook. He has a knack for story telling that just makes me crave for more. The recipes on his blog are awesome. Irvin is always sharing fabulous recipes and recreating to make things better than the original. Eat the Love was one of the first food blogs that I became familiar with when I began blogging.
Ruhlman: Michael Ruhlman is a brilliant writer and author. I came to know of Ruhlman when I picked up “The Making of a Chef”. And I’ve read a couple of other books by him. And each time, he has exceeded my expectations on a good read. I look forward to reading his other books, and continue following his blog.
cHowDivine: I don’t even remember how I came across this blog, but it’s always a pleasure to read. Gomo shares quick and easy recipes that are healthy too! I like that her recipes are varied. She shares a lot of Korean recipes among other things, and sometimes non-Korean recipes with a Korean twist.
There are a lot of other food blogs that I follow, but the ones mentioned above are my top favs!
