This was the funniest episode of Kitchen Nightmares I have ever seen. I have been watching the show since I can remember, and never have I seen Gordon Ramsay walk away from an establishment. It is easy to see that there really was no hope for these people. They are the most delusional people I have ever seen. I don’t even know how they have stayed in business for so long.
Amy serves food that is either raw, undercooked, or overcooked. Her pizza dough prepared for Gordon Ramsay came out undercooked. The homemade ravioli is actually store-bought frozen ones, and they have the galls to tell their customers that they are made fresh from scratch. And she is crazy enough to think that her food is the best in the world. I just wanted to slap this woman as I was watching the episode. She just never shuts up and cannot take any kind of criticism. I can’t believe that she actually thinks that she has “talent”. Gordon was doing his best to help them, but they were too stubborn to even acknowledge that they needed any kind of change or help. You can’t help people that don’t even want to be helped. They are a “lost cause”.
What “chef” in their right mind fires one ticket at a time? Wow…Amy had 30 tickets on the board, and she was doing one order at a time! If I go to a restaurant hungry, and I wait for almost an hour, I am out the door. Seriously, how have they been pulling this off for so many years and still surviving??!
I really hope that these people get sued for everything they’ve got for stealing their staffs’ tips. That is unheard of. What horrible, manipulative people! They should be ashamed of themselves. I hope this place closes down real soon and that they rot in hell. Lol I know it may sound harsh, but I just can’t stand self-righteous people like this.
Amy and Sammy sure do make one disturbingly odd couple that are perfect for each other. He is her “soulmate”. I thought that was the funniest thing she’s said. A crazy-ditzy-delusional blonde meets a foreigner (that has money to invest) who is equally crazy and delusional. They get married five months later, adopt kids (aka cats), and start the business of slave trade in complete delusional obliviousness.
I have a feeling that the future of this company will be hanging on thread. With all the “online bullies” getting the word out, shedding the light about Amy’s Baking Company, who is going to want to go there to be served undercooked or overcooked bad food and to be lied to about what they are getting? We saw everything we needed to see on Kitchen Nightmares.
